Joint Pain

Does anyone have any tips on how to ease joint pain from Lymes Disease? This past week, my knees feel as though they are being crushed by a mack truck and it's becoming debilitating. I'm desperate for pain relief (for muscles from LD as well). Any advice or feedback would be much welcomed-thanks!

I just found out that I have 5 days to move....and I'm so tired and in so much pain to think of packing and moving....oh my. I'm probably not going to be able to be online much the next couple of weeks. I wish I could be like that chick in "I Dream of Genie" and blink and have the whole thing overwith! LOL.
