hot flashes
OK ladies, has anyone discovered anything (organic) for hot flashes? I stopped having them while I was on the protocol, but now that I am in the, " in between" period I have started having them again. I am forty-six years young, but I started having flashes about three years ago. My doc put me on an HRT, but when I dd the protocol I stopped taking the pill. I have been taking the inliven for approx. two weeks(two times/day). What else? HELP! Mindi

Spray some Apple Cider Vinegar on yourself.... Works great if you don't mind smelling like a salad.. (smile)
