Sweating is the body's way of cooling itself, as well as eliminating toxins. Why would you want to cut it down? If anything, you want to encourage it.
One way to "cut down sweating" is to do several stints in an infared sauna. By sweating out the toxins in your body, not only will you cut back on the smell, but your body will cool itself more efficiently when you're outside of the sauna.

Cut down on the meat in your diet as it is a very powerfull stimulant causing you body to run "hot" for many hours after eating it. Salt also is a stimulant, the bad salt sodium chloride.
