Thats interesting. Back in 1985 I had all the different tests that were available, light, thermal, xray, they all showed the same thing, a tumor.

Wow, you explained it correctly. Amen Christine, Another biggie is the legal part of the dx. to cover them selves for law suites. Biopsy is the LEGAL part of medicine. We can't forget the legallities, never mind the patient needs.

Yep, you got it. Its called the poltics of medicine and It is big time. They really don't want a known cure for cancer, as it is such a money maker. Sad, isn't it. The hospital I retired from just put in a big, high tech cancer center, big time medicine, spent billions, if there were no cancer patients to fill it they would loose all this money folks, cures are repressed and discarded. I have seen it all. Patient control, fear tactics, don't ask a lot of questions cause they don't like it, I was told, "you ask too many questions". I feel probably not enough.

WOW this is great new to me! I have been scheduled for a mammogram for 2 years and never went! I got so many prescriptions for one, and didn't go over and over again, not knowing why. Now I KNOW. I am not MEANT to get one, and for good reason. Thanks, ladies! I think my husband would find a lump anyway, he is very good at that sort of thing and checks often......

Thermography is just as accurate as mammograms, even safer, but insurances don't cover them. Why?? Makes you wonder, don't it.

Thermography is the alternitive to mammograms. Uses infrated sensors to detect heat and increased vascularity (angiogenisis) as the by product of biochemical reactions. The heat is compiled into an image
for computerized analysis. No radiation, non invasive, harmless, non contact nothing touches the skin. Earliest method of breast cancer detection known. 90 % accurate verus 80% accurate for a mammogram.
Can detect a pathologic state of the breast up to 10 years before cancerous tumor is found by any other method. A excellent choice over mammograms ladies.

After all I have read I would say YES, mammograms cause cancer and biopsies spread it. This is one of the reasons I will never have another mammogram or ever have a biopsy.
The difficult part now is trying to convince my friends and love ones about the dangers.
