Is it true that gray hair can be reversed? I went from brown hair to "salt & pepper" after I had my children. I would love to go back to having some color but I will not use hair coloring. (Used to but won't anymore). How can I do this if it is truly possible?

Marilyn,

I have read that gray hair is linked to the liver also. Interesting. My husband is almost total gray and he has hemochromatosis, which is caused from too much iron and can cause cerosis of the liver. But I think the alcohol has probably caused more liver problems anyway.

Could you give me some specific holistic changes that you made that you think may have contributed to your color return? Thanks for your input!

I read that gray hair was due to protein not metobolizing correctly. Copper pills or collodial copper supposed to help and could also try Black Strap molasses, two tablespoons a day can add to coffee or tea.

I read that as well and have purchased some for a friend's 50th birthday. Do you know anyone who has had success with the (unsulphered organic) black strap molasses?

I heard that Ann Wigmore used to bathe her hair in wheatgrass juice and it got rid of the gray hair.
Have also heard of different vitamins, foods, etc. I think PABA was a vitamin that worked? But you had to keep taking it. If you stopped, the gray hair would come back.
