Inpatient HCG treatment

Does anyone know if there is ANY clinic in the Unitied States, (preferably in Minnesota or surrounding states) that you can go to and have the Simeon's Protocol administered to you as an inpatient? Similar to the way that Dr. Simeon's did as a doctor in Europe?
