I'm getting lots of help so far, I'm trying everything everyone has been suggesting. I still need help though as I have psoriasis all over my body, scalp, and face, It's even in my eye! I'm currently taking Triple Lecithin 1200, Flaxseed oil, vita a, evening primrose, zinc, vita B6,B12,B-complex, ... No changes in my psoriasis yet, It seems even worse on my forehead. I tried bergamot oil and lavender oil, helped only a little, basically I'm trying everything listed on the natural cures for psoriasis. Apple cider vinegar seems to help more, but it stings really bad - not in the natural cures list.
I've been doing a store bought candida cleanse, but then I've noticed kevin T's true remedy for a precise more effective candida cleanse so now I need to find those products, wether or not a candida cleanse has anything to do with my psoriasis or not I don't know, as I don't know the underlying problem in the body that causes psoriasis, deficiency? food allergy? yeast overgrowth? All of the cleanses I've done though are making me lose a dangerous amount of weight, my face is sunk in, but I was told to try it so here I go again.. Thank you so much for your help! I also have psoriasis and nothing much worked. I started getting acupunture and taking chinese herbs. along with giving up smoking staying away from sugar and wheat and ideally alchohol it totally cleared up. I was astounded and there were no side effects. While on holidays I smoked and drank myself silly and it has come back but it is also going away now that I am back on the herbs and watching what I put into my body. The herbs are called Xiao Feng San and come in either a powder or tablet form. Powder is more economical but tastes awful so drink it fast. And no you don't come home with a strange concoction you need to brew so ignore any horror stories you may hear. As for acupunture, no it really doesn't hurt. At the most it feels like a small electric shock for about 20 seconds, much like the muscle stimulators they use in physiotherapy. For me I found that smoking really sets it off but it was pretty bad on my body and this truly cleared it all up.

Ok I'm going out on a limb, but you might look up Urine therapy. Applying it to the skin might help.
You might also try drinking a mixture of thyme, oregano, rosemary herbal tea.
Also, research taking activated charcoal (lessens toxic load) and calcium bentonite clay.
Are you taking probiotics?

Been thinking about your problem again and suggest you might also think about the following:
Iodine (http://www.quackcenter.com/iodoral.html)
MSM lotion can add essential oils to it, like lavender, tea tree, rosemary, cedar tree.
I also like using the miracle II products they are absolutely great. They are kinda expensive but they have worked for me.
You might consider visualization spend a few mins each day and/or biofeedback.
If you have never watch the secret CD now would be the time to do it. At one point it was free at video.google.com.
Dr Robert Beck machine, there are videos on this site about it.

Thank you again, I will try all of these things and post the results. I tried Apple Cider Vinegar, helps a little but it burns really bad on the psoriasis patches, don't know if I can keep that up. Thanks again, Shanyn

Hey shanyn hope all goes well, just read today on www.charcoalremedies.com someone helped themselves by taking food grade h202 and activated charcoal.
FYI flaxseed and charcoal work really well together.
