Kevin Trudeau said microwave alter the food and that we shouldn't eat mircowaved food. But what about infrared oven. Will cooking food in an infrared oven alter it?
I use an infrared oven. It's fine. Microwaves destroy nutrients and stuff and alter the food, via the RADIATION it emits. btw microwaves were actually banned in soviet russia because of this. health reasons.
Infrared ovens are FAR BETTER.
I will tell you this; the bottom line is; HEAT, from the cooking process or any reheating process will destroy some nutrients. it could be a little, it could be a little more depending on the heat used.
But Microwaves.....IT'S LIKE A NUCLEAR BOMB EXPLODING AND DESTROYING the grand majority of the nutrients in your food. whereas convection heat or infrared heat to cook and is more like a glass grenade from the times of the ancient romans, greeks, & spartans and stuff.

Ever since I started the Hcg diet on March 23rd, I've only used a microwave 4 times up until today July 3rd. 2 times was from popping popcorn in a bag. once was yesterday cause i was in a rush and the other time was back in March when I forgot that I was trying to cut down on using it so, hopefully, I can get rid of it soon.
omg... i can't believe that u guyz still got the guts to use microwave ovens. well, it does send shockwaves in me whenever microwave were mentioned. can't remember when this house-hold appliances were booted from my kitchen.
preparing food with double-boiling method and steaming method is a very safe way to do it. or the clay oven, the kashmiri has been using the clay oven to cook for centuries.
Lets keep this simple. MIICROWAVING KILLS ALL THE NUTRIENTS IN YOUR FOOD. MAKES IT DEAD, PERIOD, in addition to changing the molecular structure of the food as well, NOT TO MENTION THE TOXINS that are emitted from the plastic containers that the pre made food comes in.
You pose a good question here. As others have stated, more then likely it is safer then a microwave. If any one ever finds the answer to this question, I’d be interested in knowing what any one might find out about it.
