I read that figs are the most alkaline forming fruit. Although there were a couple of chinese foods listed that were way up there that I had never heard of. Kombu was one in the book acid alkaline. Anyone know of some really high alkaline foods we could list???
An Alkaline balance is the issue and how to obtain it! After all is said and not yet done, we can look at a different perspective concerning Alkaline water and an alkaline body. Just as the Science of Wellness declares that there are always two ways your body can react to what is introduced into it. It will stimulate your life force or Wellness cycle or stimulate degeneration to varying degrees or over time, when using the same things the very opposite to what took place in the beginning use will be experienced. She declares that Alkaline water has its dangers and we need to be aware of what bad things can take place if this tool is not used correctly. As ususal it all comes down to the correct use of our tools that makes the difference to whether or not we are successful or if we create degeneration.
It is a proven fact that microbes are helpers although if we misuse our foods etc. we create a condition that they begin to play a major part in bring seriously injured cells back to dust. They act like vultures and insects do in our outer environment!
would you happen to know what a person with systemic candida that started in the sinuses (worked it's way into the lungs and eyes) could/should do with regards to food intake and water. ( i currently have a water distiller).
