Yes, Cod liver oil is full of vit e. Get the garden of life brand, that is the one that my ND recommends.
Not sure I would take coral calcium, it is a rock and not really made for our bodies. Greens are a much better way to get calcium, Either in whole food supplement or FOOD.
I like the research that i have found about flax and cancer and yes I take a tablespoon of coconut oil daily. it was hard at first but i can do it now no problem.
My sister started the coconut oil and then had her blood work done and her cholesterol levels were up! Coincidence? She thinks it was the coconut oil. Ever heard of this?
didnt kevin t say that its impossible to get enough calcium and vitamin e in the foods u eat and that everybody is in need of more i take both coal calcium and vitamine that he recommends in his book
There's nothing like the real thing (food) to get all of our needed nutrients ---- Since I don't have enough faith in the food in today's marketplace to supply me with everything I may need, I supplement, also!!!
I take vit E from carlson labs. It is very good and a complete E. Recommended by Kevin. It really is miraculous. You will get stronger blood pumping thru your body I have noticed. I also take New Chapters vit E wholefood supp. form but it is expensive. Coral calcium is awsome. Read Robert Barefoots book Calcium factor and you will understand why it is so good. I really feel a lot better since starting on it. My saliva PH has gone up to 7.5 and above occasionally which gets massive more amounts of oxygen in your blood. Cant recomend any brands yet but make sure it has magnesium from coral calcium w trace minerals from Okinowa japan says Kevin and Barefoot.
Coral Calcium -- Our bodies' digestive systems are not developed for assimilating a "rock" formation of any minerals! In fact, studies indicate that only around 10% of them are absorb-able. This is why I think it is best to get from foods or wholefoods supplementation.
Vit. E -- I also believe that if you are going to take a supplement of a vitamin, it should not be taken in a form of an "isolate" because of the need for all the components associated with it to do the best job! -- also a wholefood supplement. Some vitamins need other compounds for balance and what better way then in a food form??!!
I believe all minerals including calcium come from rocks. If you are trying to beat disease you need more than you can get from food. What whole food calcium supplement do you know of.
