Use a silk pillow case - it lets your face smooth out - Cotton doesnt let you face move therefore causes wrinkles. My acupunturist told me that.

Wendy, that is true, but I have a feather pillow so it squishes down. That could be a problem though. Do you have silk? It really does help!

I use miessence mascara. All natural! It washes off with water. And it looks great.

Wow thank you!! sure will do.... I have two sisters but there no help when it comes to better ways. now little by little they are starting to use and do what i say but when they get smart on me, i like to have answers.
Sure would like to help them they do no research on their own. Also do you know of a good cleanser for hair?

Heidi, I know what you mean, hard to get people to change from what they; have known all their lives. For most of my personal products I use - Miessence. It is all cert organic and I trust all of the ingredients. I am also a rep, so if you are interested you can go to my page. Or there are several others on this community that are reps also. There is also a girl on here by the name of Miriam that on her page has lots of info on home and personal care products for pennies. She has her own recipes for things and has done extensive research on where to get the best deals.

Oh, also, coconut oil is great for the skin. Make sure you get organic virgin. Great makeup remover.

HUI!!!t one little little thing i like to do on not so hot but still a little hot days is squeez some lemon/lime juice under my arms to get rid of b.o. i put it on in the morning . lemon kills bacteria........
