Hi Wendi, How long did it take you to lose your weight? Any side effects? Did you have body reshaping eg loosing where you needed it and not losing where you didn't? Thanks Elaine

Hi Wendi. I just started phase 2 (on my 2nd injection and gorge day). I did my job at gorging cuz I gaines 3 poiunds in 1 day. It was fun, but hurt towards the end of the day, couldn't do cookies at night like I was planning. I too need to loose 30 and in the same ball park as you were (160), maybe more after todays gorging. My goal is 130. Did you gain any back? Did you do phase 1, if so, what parts? I'd love to see before and after shots if you have them. I took my before shots and thought I made them private, but they ended up on the main page for everyone to see, YIKES!!! I was so embarrased and tried to remove them and was unsuccessful. Now I can't wait to get my after shots up to show people what I really look like. Man, was that an eye opener. Thanks for listening, Stephanie

I had great success when taking the HCG (orally) and went from 178 lbs. to 156 in about 5-6 weeks. Once off I gained most of it back and am now 172 lbs. 6 months later. I believe one must be careful and change one's diet to maximize the benefits of this program. Also, it would be wise to take HCG again with a two week intermission.

I have done a lot of reading and thought I read that there is no oral form of HCG. I've researched that the only form of HCG are the injections. I read that the oral HCG isn't actually from humans but from plants?

There is an herbal product that seems to do the same thing. I know several people who have used it. They lose weight just the same and maintain just as well, doing the same things. It is about twice the cost, over-all.
You can mix the real hcg with distilled liquor and use sublingually (under the tongue) twice a day and it works just as well as the injections. It usually takes a higher daily dose, divided into 2 doses, morning and evening. The worst aspect of doing it this way is remembering to take the evening dose. :-)

It is called Ora Thin that is sold on the Natural Cures website.
I have helped several people lose weight and both products have been used.
I prefer the inj.'s but have used the Ora Thin.
I have lost 54 pounds and have maintained for 4 months.
I love this diet

I am seriously considering the Dr. Simeon's weight loss protocol and am trying to decide whether to take the oral hCG or take the injections. In your experience, are both effective? Are the injections more effective than the oral med? And what about all the teas and supplements? Did you take everything recommended? It's expensive but would be worth it if it actually works. I haven't had much success losing weight in the last 10 yrs or so and had given up completely, resigned to just being fat. I know that I've asked a lot of questions but I greatly appreciate your time and patience in answering them.

Kate, At first I was scared stiff of needles now I look forward to my morning injection of hcg and was told only to do the injections and that the oral was fake. Don't give up on yourself, I was to the point of giving up and had untill I read Kevin's book the weight loss cure they don't want you to know about! I started eating all organic or well tried to eat all organic it is expensive, and doing detoxes he recomended and felt better about myself immedialy! It's amazing! Then I ordered my hcg, and waited for about 30 days before I got it but went down a pound a day while on phase 2. This is the easiest diet you'll ever be on! And I couldn't have gone through with all of it if It weren't for my friends here at community cures.! And I don't call it a diet especially around my kids, I call it my protocol and it is a life change. Definatly read KT's books if you havent yet and hang in there I have alot more to loose and some days are better than others. Your friend , Alison Johnson.

Hi Kate, I totally understand how you feel when the weight won't budge anymore and you've tried everything. I skipped phase 1 of K,T.s book and I'm losing weight on Phase 2 with the injections. There is another website that also offers a lot of support to HCG protocol people. It is called HCGsupportgroup.com. I do believe in eating organics when you do the HCG. I don't drink all Organic teas though. So far I've done well and my belly is disappearing which has never happened on a diet before! It's amazing how you don't feel hungry when you are taking the injections. REALLY! I am the director of a Senior Community so I'm around goodies all the time and I haven't cheated once! Good Luck!!!!

Hi Kate, you should definitely get started with this protocol ASAP. KT is right it is the best way to loose weight and the easiest. I have struggled with my weight for years and tried everthing and nothing was worth it but I have lost 30 pounds on the protocol and this is wonderful. I took the injections and I lost 1 pound a day just as KT stated in the book. If you have been struggling with weightloss the same as most of us in this group has then this is the answer for you to permanent weight loss with no exercise.
