I have never heard of blood clots being a problem. I have heard of gall stones causing some trouble. But it is NOT becasue of the hcg!! It is becasue of the diet. If someone is going to have trouble with gall stones, it would happen cutting back and doing ANY low cal, low fat diet.
Hmmmm, just read about it. Keep in mind that this is a naturally occuring "non"-hormone. In the context of that report, it is used in daily doses of 5000-10000 IUs over a period of several days at a time. I have been told by and read from doctors that in the low doses that we use, even over weeks at a time, that there are NO side effects of hcg.
The only negative thing I've read is the possibility of gall stones because of the change in diet, and any low-cal/low-fat diet will trigger that if there is a propensity toward it.
BUT, that having been said, it is wise to be aware and watch for anything different. As we are all different and things affect us differently, if something is "not right" MAKE CHANGES!
I just received my injections in the mail. I want to get started ASAP. I have been eating organic food and doing my cleanses, although I have not been 100% organic recently meaning non organc chocolate and we go out to eat once in a while. Should I go with 100% organic for a whole month or get started right away? I want to get the most out of this.
Organic is NOT necessary to lose weight. However, organic is always the best way to go!! You may lose much better using it. If you want to get the most out of the diet, keep on with the organic as much as possible. But you can start the hcg and diet right away. You don't have to wait :-)
Hi everyone, well I started on 4/14 today 4/24, I been at about the same weight for 4 days, :( I'm starting the 6 apples today, tried to find corn silk tea, impossible.... someone at the vitamin store sugested Dandelion Root, anyone have any feed back for me, on what else to do.... started out wonderful, just being patient right now thanks
Tonya, I have had several plateaus during my phase 2. I did the apple days which do work and really aren't that bad. When I did apple days I usually lost 2lbs the next day. I started taking magnesium and sipping apple cider vinegar and that seems to help me have regualar BM. Now when I hit a plateau it seems to last about 2days and then I drop again. I use the Calm Magnesium that you mix in water and about 4tsp works for me. Hope this helps you. Don't be discouraged I understand that sometimes your body is breaking down the fat cells and it just takes some time before you drop.
Hi, again everyone, I'm still on that plateau, did the 6 apples yesterday, have been following the weightloss cure to a T, no cheats, nothing, How long do I continue to go before another apple day? anyfeed back wld be great
Hi Tonya, I did after one apple day not go down and then I was so mad I just ate the regular 500 calorie diet. Anyways, I lost the following day. As I write this I've been at the same weight for 3 days and tomorrow will be another apple day if it continues. I read that Dr. Simeone said that sometimes (very rare) that someone sticks with a plateau for up to 14 days and it is because their body was at that weight for a very long time and just has a tough time getting off of it. Stick with it..the scale will budge soon.
Just wanted to update. The day after I wrote about my third day of plateau I went down a pound and a half. I was so happy and I didn't have to do an apple day.
Thats great!!!!!!!!! I'm still on the plateau, started with the mag, apple cider vig, mixed up a new batch of HCG sun, I've been on the plateau for about 7 dys now, not sure what to do nxt, was going to do the apple thing tommorrow again, I've been titering at 249lbs, starting walking sun 1/2 1 mile< i plan on doing this daily, I'm not constipated, just a bm about every 4 dys, anyone used a fiber just to bulk things up during the 6 weeks of hcg thanks again
