Eating in the moring is very important even if it's a apple. you are going to get sick if you don't eat. It have things that can help you cut down on the amount you eat and spirulina does that. Try to eat a lot of fruits and vegetable for a week and tell me how it feel and how much u lost. fruits in the day and vegetable at night
Hi Grandmasmitty, I am awaiting my hcg, do you suggest that I do anything before it arrives as far as diet supplements or anything. Also does anyone have any suggestions on where to purchase organic foods? Does everything have to be organic?
If you want to do any cleanses, I would do them now. Get your proteins. Weigh them out, put them in baggies in individual serving sizes and in the freezer. Check out recipes and make up a few things to freeze. Take pictures, very "revealing" pix (just to show you at your worst, not in undies necessarily). Take all your meaurements. You can take supplements during p2 if they don't contain oil or starchy fillers. Organic is always BEST, but not totally necessary to lose weight. You should check out whole foods stores or health food stores.
