Is Phase 1 effective for everyone? Input wanted.
I began Phase 1 of the Natural Cures diet last Wednesday (September 12). Before that, I had been eating quite a bit of fast food and drinking at least one soda per day. For 8 days so far, I've been taking all the supplements, drunk 80 oz. of water every day, eaten about 98% organic, walked two miles per day, lifted weights at the gym four times, and had two colonics, one IR sauna treatment and one ionic foot detox.
Weight loss to date: 0
I've spent about $400 so far on supplements, organic food and treatments. I'm reading testimonials from people who say they see great results on Phase 1, and I talked to a local clinic who said they could help me through it but I would have to start Phase 1 over (and their fee is $500!) then go to "their" doctor for the HCG prescription for Phase 2 (another $500, not counting the HCG itself).
So far I'm VERY disappointed and discouraged. Am I doing something wrong, or does Phase 1 not work for everyone? I would have thought that just by cutting out the fast food and sodas and adding the exercise, I should have lost at least a pound by now.
One other thing, I'm on birth control pills, and I know that they're often associated with weight gain. Is that interfering with Phase 1?

Hi
I also spent a fortune on Organic food, colon Cleanse, Candida Cleanse and walked 3.5 miles per day for 30 days. I lost 8 pounds and I am also pretty bummed but I feel better and I have no sweet cravings which was unheard of for me in the past. I am just going to keep it up and see what happens. Good luck!

Do you have the Book? VERY IMPORTANT....
Besides the Colonics what have you done and used for colon cleanse, liver , etc. Are you using the Tea's?
I have listed some products and where to get them online, you will get the most out of what I have written thus far.
The other issue is this Doctor or Office you are talking about with a "big fee", this is why you need the book.. read read it until you are blue in the face, use a highlighter, and treat it as if it were the only book there is, that's how important it is. Do not take any detour's and confine yourself within the "Rythum of the Group"

Hi tracy,
My husdand and I skipped phase one and went into phase 2. We have lost 14 and 20lbs repsectively. We didn't do anything different prior to starting. I must say though we do have hunger pans while many said we would not. It might have something to do with not doing phase one! Good Luck with your journey. I hope you don't give up and certainly don't get discouraged.

Hi, I think that youve been living a certain way for a long time so you cant expect to see dramatic changes right away. I know I want verything yesterday..lol.lol so I can empathize with you. I just came off a fast( the master cleanser) and I think Im in a great position for my body to reset itself. The colon os really the key to everything working right in our bodies. I cant tell you how great I feel. This is just my OPINION, I would never push anyone into anything. Im just giving you my expierience, hope and streangth. I hope it helps. Try and read more about fasting, then afterwards, maybe the phase one will work a little better. Plus it wont cost as much as the place you mentioned. Good luck, God Bless...Matty

I didnt lose any weight in phase 1. Its to help prepare your body for phase 2.
