For so long I have heard the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar and finally decided to add it to my daily regimen. The first ay I chocked it down in a small glass of juice. It burned, but I'm a tough girl - so no harm, no foul. Yesterday, I took a big swig and within two minutes I was so nauseous that I had to sit down and wait it out until I could leave for my office. Then for hours, I felt sick..
Does this happen to anyone else? I am wondering if it is too acidic for me. I have heard that you do not reap all the benefits if ingestion in the pill form - so I wondering if I should keep taking it and hope my already messed up stomach gets used to it, or if it is just not a thing for me?
Anyone else have any issues with this?
