For so long I have heard the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar and finally decided to add it to my daily regimen. The first ay I chocked it down in a small glass of juice. It burned, but I'm a tough girl - so no harm, no foul. Yesterday, I took a big swig and within two minutes I was so nauseous that I had to sit down and wait it out until I could leave for my office. Then for hours, I felt sick..

Does this happen to anyone else? I am wondering if it is too acidic for me. I have heard that you do not reap all the benefits if ingestion in the pill form - so I wondering if I should keep taking it and hope my already messed up stomach gets used to it, or if it is just not a thing for me?

Anyone else have any issues with this?

I don't really have a hard time taking a tablespoon or 2 at a time but perhaps you should try a different brand name as there are differences in taste. Make sure you use a raw filtered organic type such as Braggs. When I make my salads, I use the ACV as one of my toppings as a salad dressing, this may help for you.
If it makes you sick to your stomach, build up to it in smaller increments like maybe a teaspoon or 1/2 a teaspoon and take it a couple of times a day that way.

u r only supposed 2 take 2 teaspoons at a time u can mix it with water o raw honey 2 take the taste away definitly use braggs organic apple cider vinegar with the mother acv also has many detoxing abiities so maybe ur nauses feeling is just some toxins leaving ur body i would definitly recommend continue 2 use its an amazing product take 8 spoons a day but it has 2 be organic acv and it has 2 have the mother

Hi Girl 11, About Apple Cider Vineger!, Just add it to your salad. You only need 2-3 tbl-spoons a day. If you really like salads get creative, add it to different thing's..

Braggs ACV is what I was using -

I may just try to sneak it in other things until my body gets used to it I guess. I just wastn sure if it was too acidic or what.. it was very strange how sick I was for hours afterwards.

Take it with food. Then it won't make you sick and it will help you digest your food. Or mix it with water and honey.

lol, You have to mix it in a cup of water. I put a little bit of honey in their as well. You are not supposed to jug it down straight alone?? are you?? It's too strong by doing it that way. hahah hope you are ok...
