Mmk, I am 18 years old and I have noticed that whenever I am extremely active, I have mild to moderate pain during ovulation accompanied by slight bleeding. I absolutely refuse to go see a doctor about this, as it's probably nothing to be concerned about. However, I was indeed wondering if this is normal to any degree. Anybody know?
I have a few recommendations. Any women will benefit from Udo's Oil 3-6-9 and Buried Treasure B Complete supplements to help with their periods. If you can't get those brands then look for a quality Omega 3-6-9 blend and a good whole food source B vitamin with all of the B's.
I wounder if these supplements would help with ovulation. I have emailed two doctors (naturalpaths) and will likely get a response on Tuesday.
Have you ever heard of Middleschmertz? Is that what you have?
thanks. :) I never have problems with my period, just all this crazy stuff with ovulating... I'm assuming it's middelschmertz, but I don't know. It's just so weird because I don't have these problems when I quit exercising... which I obviously don't wanna do.
