D-mannose is a supplement in pill form. Pure organic cranberry juice. Make sure it is pure not cocktail. At the health food store. If it doesnt clear up in a day or two get to the doctor. It can be VERY serious.
Could be a number of things that cause it. Bacteria is the most probable cause. But it can be very serious is gone untreated. Get some D-mannose immediatley. If you cant get to a health food store go to the grocery and get the cranberry cocktail, it is better than nothing.
I believe the d-mannose is in the glyco, up the dose for a couple of days, take 3 times a day, wouldnt hurt to go get some Dmannose too, and get some pure cranberry juice also and dilute with water and drink all day long.
Cranberry is very good for UTI's. ONLY organic cranberries though (for juice), not the coctail juice or anything else added. It's very tart "pucker" juice!. Parsley (make a parsley tea) can also be of help. I posted some info on it in a discussion called PARSLEY: A Precious Herb. You might want to make sure it's just a UTI, and not something else as well as a suggestion.....
Another consideration is hormonal imbalances. There are some good articles about treating and preventing at www.womentowomen.com Avoid sugar as best you can also. Someone I know started getting them while she was drinking diet sodas and using artificial sugar, so avoid those too!

Do a candida cleanse.
Do a 7 day lime\lemon juice cleanse to detox the liver and kidneys take the juice of one lime and/or one lemon drink it first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. Do this for 7 days.
I suggest you also Google the Dr Huldah Clark liver cleanse. Almost like what you have been advised above but more comprehensive......you take the mixtures every 3-4 hours. Also, make a point of taking ozonated water.
