Does andyone know about these things? I have been getting severe pain in my feet. it moves all over but did begin in the big toe. My doctor said that it is not gout as it would be red and inflammed which it is not. However it feels like glass floating around in my blood which is the best way I can describe it. I also get similar pain in the vulva area and have read that can be do to high oxalates so I am thinking there maybe so sort of link here. Not sure if what kind of doctor to go to in order to get tested.

It could be a nerve thing I guess as I have a herinated S1 L5 but the doc said it is not pressing on a nerve so it should not cause any pain.

Drink cherry juice, do a kidney cleanse and drink organic teas; parsley and cranberry.

The cherry juice should help a great deal, do a search on the web to find out more about it. I think it doesnt matter if it is the bitter or the sweet type.

It could also be bone spurs this is be caused by leaching of calcium as the body tries to maintain it PH balance. Normally due to the person eating to much acidic foods.

If it is due to bone spurs they you need to take a good source of calcium like bone meal, dolomite and/or eat food high in natural calcium like almonds. Drinking milk will not help this situation because all the mineral or pasturized milk are out of balance and the body doesn't know how to process it.

Also, last week my herbalist just told me that pain in the big toe could be an indication of kidney problems. Parsley and cranberry would help this. Also, taking herbal teas and/or capsules specifically made to help cleanse the kidneys.

wow this is all starting to make sense..i try to eat a healthy non processed foods but when I am not eating that way I do feel the pain. I just had a colonic done and saw parasites which may be causing the digestiong problem. A live blood test showed that I was not digesting proteins and my stomach is huge. Even when my wegiht is down, I have a bloated stomach. When I take Wobenzyme which are enzymes, I have noticed a desrease in pain. Also, show osteopina in a bone scan which which is obviously a calcuium problem and vulvdynia can be an oxalate problem. Kind of like a puzzle. I am just now consulting with the Barefoot Herbalist. He seems to be very knowlegable. Thank you for your info!

No household should be without activated charcoal. I buy it by the pounds. It is great to take a bath in but it gets messy. It helps pull toxins out of the skin, helping the kidneys out. Taking it internally also helps, I often take upto 3 to 4 tablesp at a time in about 8 to 10oz of water, I only do this once a month now. I also keep the capsules around for my kids to chew on, they like doing that. They say not to eat it dry but the capsules are small.

Now a real problem I have, which I don't know why is that I actually like to chew on hardwood charcoal (no additives). I don't appear to need it after a cleanse but start doing it about 20 days afterwards. If I eat anything bad or that my body feels is bad I do it. Anyone every heard of anything like this before? I think it might be an indication of a picos (not sure of the spelling).

Soy is really bad, it has too much estrogen and interfers with the thyroid. Soy given in baby formula is like giving a child five birth control pills per day. Soy can change the sexual orientation of a child due to this.

Soy is linked to these things:
Malnutrition
Digestive distress
Thyroid dysfunction
Cognitive decline
Reproductive disorders
Infertility
Birth defects
Immune system breakdown
Heart disease
Cancer

Too mush estrogen can make a women become way to agressive and a man passive.

I have read the pros and cons of soy over the years. I cannot drink mil so that is why I switched to it. However, right now until I find out the triggers, it is no longer going to be a part of my life. From my readings, it looks like much of this begins from having Leaky Gut, which again all makes sense as this all came on after taking Cipro years ago and developing systemic yeast and things just went down hill after that..the key I think is to heal the gut and avoid all foods that irritate it. That is why I have chosen a water fast, although they say it can cause a flare which it has but I am going to continue on as I think until the gut is healed, things will go hay wire and the vicious cycle will continue.
