Please help. My father has been diagnosed with tinnitus and wasn't given much to work with as far as treatment. It is very debilitating. He can't focus enough to work, can't sleep, can't golf (his passion!), can't handle public places very well. The dizziness that comes along with the ringing is pretty constant. What can you suggest he try? I've read that a B12 deficiency can cause it. He takes a good vitamin- how much B12 should I make sure he is getting? I appreciate anything you can offer that may bring him some relief!
I did read Marilyn's response to a similar topic suggesting a lymph cleanse. This makes sense as a possibility as his tonsils were removed at a young age. What is a lymph cleanse?
