I recommend using HCG..first read Kevin Trudeau's book "The Weight Loss Cure "they" dont want you to know about". I get my HCG for $80 for a 6 week injections including syringes, etc. prescribed by my doctor. I would recommend finding a dr to prescribe it because it's MUCH cheaper to just pay for the prescription. IT REALLY WORKS!!! You lose a pound a day and it's easy to follow.

I am going to tell you something that you have probably heard before. Weight loss is a lifestyle change. I'm not saying that HCG does not work, but if you really want to keep it off. You are going to need change eating habits and start some sort of exercise program. Also by simply making the choice to walk to your local supermarket is a great start. Preparing lunches for the rest of the week so we don't go to any food is a good step as well. I know this is hard but its something we can all achieve.
