I have read Kevin's book and been on phase 1 for a month and I will be doing the HCG in 4 to six weeks. Looking for friends who are also on the same path.

Hi Becky,
Of course I will be your dieting friend. I just started the hCG two days ago. I start the 500 cal diet tomorrow. Read my other messages on most of the other discussions. Take care!

Becky,
I have been on phase I since Sept 1 and have lost 13#, I feel great because of the vitamins and cleaning the toxins out of my system. Losing the weight was a added positive. My husband started phase II on Sept 29 and has lost 9 # in 5 days. I won't be able to start for another 4-6 weeks due to not ordering enough HCG, so it looks like we'll be on the same track. So maybe we can track together.

Hi Becky, I'm getting there. Still trying to research and find out exactly what to do, where to get it all and how to find it. I am really anxious to get started though. I would love to be your dieting friend. I want to lose about 100 lbs so I have a long road ahead. We live in a small town and trying to find organic food, Yeah right what a joke. Although we do have chickens that we raise, I guess i need to get a cow. Ha Ha . Oh well back to the search. open to any and all suggestions.

Can you go to your private doctor and will they prescribe hcg for you? Do you have insurance? If so, maybe your insurance would cover the cost of the blood work, and you can get a prescription from your doctor.

Hi Becky, I am sort of in the same stage as you. I started phase I today actually. I still need to get a few things yet. I ordered my hcg yesterday from hcgmedical. I couldnt believe I made that first step! I was a bit skeptical. They said it should come in 3 weeks or so. How did you do on phase I? I misplaced Kevin's book but thankfully I copied lots of notes. Is this your first cycle of hcg? Would like to have your continued support as well...

That is fabulous! I hope it works for me. I have about 20# to lose. What I'm hoping for the most is that I can get rid of the problem area's. Expecially my cottage cheese legs. Ha Ha. Where did you order from again? I forgot.

Im relatively new to kevins boks. i have read "natural cures they dont want you to know about" I am ordering the weight loss one today, but is it in that book in witch you are all talking about "phases"

Yes, the phases are in the weight loss cure book that are being talked about. It's a great book.
If you are wanting to lose weight, Kevin tells you how to do it. It works, and is most gratifying. I have done the protocol. It's amazing!!
