What is the best way to dissolve a blood clot? How do I get rid of varicose veins and get my circulation back to normal?

Someone just asked me this and on researching I found that the Vit K in "Chlorophyll" is very helpful, stay away from meat at least a month b/b the animal protein contributes to blod clots. Gingko Biloba is a blood thinner, so you might want to research it some. Hope this helps!

Back in '85, I began to have hemorrhoid problems and being 25, I was waaaay to young to have this kinda problem! (or so I thought) The itching and bleeding were driving me crazy! Anyway, I was sitting in the doctor's office, which had a copy of Adele Davis' "Let's Get Well" book. As I was reading, that the hemorrhoid was a blood clot in the anal region made sense to me.

What Adele Davis recommended was 10mg of vitamin B6 twice a day, with plenty of water. I could only find B6 in 50mg doses, so I cut it in half and took that twice a day. In less than two weeks, the problem (itching and all) was gone.

Nowadays, my nutritionist has me on both vitamins B3 (niacin) and B6 as a dialating program (200mg B3, 100mg B6). The idea is for the B6 to break down the clots, while the niacin rushes blood to those areas that haven't been nurished in a long time.

So to the subject of blood clots, I swear by vitamin B6.

That's my contribution to this topic.

Hello,

I havent tried it myself yet but is you want to get rid of spider veins, there is a ton of information on the internet about using Vitamin K cream. Many people claim that continuous use over tiem makes them vanish. I'm looking for the right product because I have these veins in my ankles and legs and I want em gone...

Look up "Chronic Venous Insufficiency" or CVI. That is faulty valves in your veins. They don't come together, so the blood goes in the reverse direction. That causes the pooling of blood in your ankles and legs.
I was treated for blood clots for 4 years and am having that problem. Last week, the doctor found that I have CVI and can only do the blood thinner and compression stockings. They said that the problem is better to deal with than the repercussions of having surgery to replace the valves. I am looking for a natural remedy for this situation. If anyone knows an answer to this, please help.
