General Cleansing Question
Hello all,
I am researching all that I can before beginning my cleanse but I the biggest question i have is the recommended duration of the candida/colon cleanses that i plan to do.
On the natural cures site it recommends doing a 30 day candida cleanse but the Almighty Cleanse product (found on the natural cures site) states that it is a 14 day cleanse. I'm not sure what to make of this.
I wish to rid myself of candida in order to ensure that my asthma does not return. Can anyone help me?
Also information on the duration of the colon cleanse would greatly be appreciated as well.

I'm not knowledgeable enough to trust myself in using my own ingredients for Candida cleanse.
I'm basically only doing the cleanse because I want to ensure that I never have asthma again (no more allergies to dust would also be great) I keep hearing that I can't expect to get rid of a lifetime's worth of Candida in just 2 weeks but I'm not sure if I'm just being told that in order for the companies to get me to spend more money.

Have you checked out the "Cleansing" group? It has a lot of good info. You can do a search for it in Groups or access it from my webpage if you "View All" of my groups.
