I have lower back pain but continue to lead an active lifestyle. I do golf and surf and understand that golf does nothing good for your back. Any homeopathic ideas etc to help with recovery?
I know soo many people that suffer from lower back pain it isn't funny, it must be an epidemic.
You could try the following, if you are sure it really isn't your kidneys.
MSM powder (1 to 2 teaspoons per day, perhaps more, until pain subsides), with water tastes pretty bad.
Boron
Bonemeal
Dolomite
Glucosamine powder (1 tsp per day with water
Magnesium
Vitamin D (might not need if you get plenty of sun)
Apply MSM lotion mixed with arnica, clove, peppermint essential oils.
Stretches hold each stretch for a minimum of 20 seconds.
Cut back on drinking soda which leeches the body of essential nutrients.
