I have been wanting to try the hcg diet. Have a few questions? Do you have to get a prescription from your doctor to order. How many shots are in the 1 amp. Somebody please help.

You can get a prescription, I have found it very difficult to locate a doctor in my area that is even familiar or even willing to take the time to learn about it.
I did not have a prescription when I placed my order. I believe you have to have a prescription to purchase it in the US.
I do not know the answer on the amp question - I am still learning about mixing, doses and such.

I am a first timer but this has really worked wonders for me. It is amazing that you can lose this much weight so fast and still be able to carry on yur normal life. I used to have headaches when I first started using the hcg, I guess it was just my body getting used to it. Now I am twenty pounds lighter and one pant size smaller. I am excited for you and everyone else who has found out about this program and used it. After another twelve pounds I will have to take a break but man this has changed my life and whole thought process. I ordered my hcg from anabolicpharmacia and it came really fast, no problems. I have started a discussion about what people did in between phases regarding their eating habits to maintain until the next phase. Good luck I know you and your husband will do well.

Hey Terri!! I began releana drops on 8-1-08. weighed in today for the 1st time amd im down 4.6 lbs. . Doc said that was great considering its technically been only 4 days on program. Cant wait til next week. gotta up water intake tho. Good luck!! Kim

I completed my first 45 day round of hcg about 2 weeks ago and lost 28 pounds; I did have some falling off the wagon while I was on the injections so I think weight loss may have been more had I went by the book and not cheated. However, 28 pounds is pretty good; it leaves me about 10 pounds from my goal weight. I have a question for those that have completed one or more round of hcg ... after finishing your injections and then adding food back in did you feel like your middle section got thick again? My weight is staying within 2-4 pounds but I feel thicking in my mid sections. I would love input from anyone willing to give any. I purchased my hcg from my natural path doctor but am currently looking for a pharmacy I can purchase it from without having to check in with the doctor each week. I will check out the website drugdelivery.ca; thanks for that connection! Looking forward to hearing from any and all ... Terri

Well I got my HCG on 8/19 - but no supplies yet. I ordered the supplies 8/11. I really thought they would have been here before the HCG! When I checked on the status of my supplies they weren't shipped until 8/20. ARRRRGGHHH, I wish I would have checked sooner. Oh well - what can I do?
I should have it all together very soon!!!

I ordered (as well as a lot of others) at www.drugdelivery.ca. I am not sure about locating a doctor in your area. Have you tried just google-ing it? Good luck.

WHEW! I finally got everything together, I though this day would never come. So I planned on starting Sat 8/23 BUT didn't. I know, can you believe it???
My husband & i woke up & I forgot to get the scales out of the garage - we moved about 8 months ago & I had yet to unpack them. I knew exactly were they were, or so I though! ARRGGGHHH Took me about 20 minutes to find them.
All I could think was we have to weigh ASAP!!!! Wouldn't you know it - the batteries were DEAD!
Plus I hadn't even mixed my HCG yet - I was very nervous about that. So we decied to start today Sun 8/24 & make sure everything was ready the night before.
I have offiicially started. Weighed myself & my husband, took measurements and our first injections! NOT BAD at all, I injected myself & felt nothing! My husband squirmed a little, but not bad.
