Hey!
Ok so, i used to be a Mountain Dew junkie, i drank it with breakfast, lunch and dinner nonstop. Thankfully now i have stopped and only drink it maybe once a month as a "guilty pleasure" hehe. Anyhow, i just wanted to say that the reason that i drank so much was because i did not like water....still don't. What i discovered however, is that i like it with Apple Cider Vinegar in it, and it's good for me! I put a tablespoon or two in a large glass of water and it gives it some flavor and it's one of the best things you can do for your health says Kevin. Personally i have always used Bragg's organic ACV. Also i have really learned to like teas. Have fun experimenting!
Mark, up until 3 weeks ago, I was drinking 6 to 8 cans of Dr. Pepper a day. I've started drinking teas with stevia. I always loved sweet tea - lots and lots of sugar. But, the stevia sweetens well and I've adjusted to the minor taste difference. I still enjoy a DP about once a week these last three weeks, but will start phase II on the 20th, so will forgo even that guilty pleasure for the next few months. Try the teas!
Hi Mark!
Diet Pepsi was my addiction...now 2 years later and I haven't even wanted to touch the stuff (after the physical withdrawl like a drug!) I would say you should try juicing. My husband and I love to juice all types of fruits and vegtables. My favorites are apple/carrot and pinapple/apple. It's fun to try new combos, it tastes great, and is sooo healthy. There are even recipes you can find for different tastes and to help with certain health issues. Good luck I know it's hard!

Hey Mark, I'll have to agree with Rebecca on this one. Not just because she's my wife but because she's right! =) We love juicing, it's so good for you and a great replacement if you're bored with water and want some flavor. Enjoy!
I was going to ask someone about Emergen-C. I noticed it's not approved by the FDA, but does it's benefits outweight the downsides, or does it have any? Thanks :)
Nothing beats water! I do like to drink Kombucha a few times a week as well! Great for digestion! Other than that...I make my own herbal teas and sweeten with stevia or raw honey! Oh, and if you can digests milk products ok, then try some raw organic Kefir!
