White smoke in the sky??? what is this

I am observing a recent increase in this whitish substance sprayed in our skies. I am living in the Jersey city area and seeing more and more of it each day. On labour day I saw 4 planes together spraying this white thing in DOTS all over the sky. Which later expanded into a white mass on the otherwise clear blue sky.
Even in Coney Island I see these things spraying every hour or so.
What is this?

I was also looking up on You Tube seems that you were right about some chemicals in the Contrails.
Its not just a little bit but as you say it is meant to poison the population according to what I saw on the site..
