Do you take any supplements now? I read that blackstrap molasses gets rid of gray hair so I bought some. The problem is that it tastes terrible! Supposedly it can be put in tea. I'm trying to figure out a way to take it.
Thanxs Nyota anything helps.. I do take supplements, the grey hair still appears. I exercise I don't eat any meat, I try my best to stay healthy..I will definetly try the blackstrap.
Great things to you.....
I think part of it is the mineral copper that helps. I'm looking for the site where I saw that information. I'll let you know when I find it. I was going to take copper supplements but I have to find out if that is safe longterm. I don't know if one can get too much of copper. I called a company that makes organic black strap molasses to ask them what is the mineral content. They said they would mail it to me. I didn't get it so I have to call them again.
Wish I could help--I ran across this one herb that people were taking and their gray hair actually started to turn back to it's one color. If I run across it again I will put it on here.
Victoria, that would be great if you post that herb. I also am fairly young and started greying pretty early. I think it runs in families also. My mother greyed early also.
Thanks
