I'm new here and has just joined a few minutes ago.
I'm 24 years old and I have scars all over my cheeks from acne and chickenpox. I also have very small bumps all over my face as well. I know that the inside of my body needs a lot of HELP! The problem is that I can't afford to get a healthcare practioner for natual medicine to get any treatments. Right now, I have been washing my face with Burt's Bees face products and having a tough challenge drinking water. Is there anything I can do?
Fish oil is really good for skin. Do you take that now? Nordic naturals is a good brand. Protein is important for skin healing also. Do you know how much protein you get in your diet? I use a organic hemp protein supplement. I occasionally use olive oil on my face. That is a good moisturizer. Do you still have a problem with acne now?

Well, in the last couple of weeks that I have been on this blood-type diet, I haven't had any breakouts but the painful zits I get before my period and seasonal ones. Do you know where I can get Nordic Natural products?
Hmm...I will have to put "organic protein supplements" in my shopping list.

If your looking for some good skin healing herbs i can list a few.
Rosemary is great for skin care as lavender oil.
However one of the best herbs i have used for the removal of scars is Hyssop oil. No lies over a period of using hyssop oil, scars that i have had for my entirely life are now vanished as if they were never there.
So for overall skin care lavender and rosemary are good. But IMO hyssop heals and replenishes the skin the best.
Im an esthetician. Try your hardest to drink more water. Your need to exfoliate your skin gently 2xs per week. Im pretty sure Burts Bees has been taken over by a major manufacturer and I question the quality of their product. Less is more with acne prone skin, tea tree oil will help with eruptions. Obstain from benz. peroxide, and use salicylic acid sparingly. Microdermabrasion is good for scarring with no chemical side effects. Try something for sensitive skin that is not heavy. But dont forget oil is actually good for your skin.

Is it okay to add a drop of tea tree oil extract. I use to do that, or maybe I should just drink water by itself?
To tell you the truth, Burt's Bees didn't do ANYTHING for my skin! It could be that I haven't drink enough water. I'm staying AWAY from B.P. for sure. I've read that I should use S.A. sparingly though.
