Acne

What are some of the things that can cure acne?And perhaps someone whom out of acquiring acne has got so many black spots on her face.What can she do about the black spots since they have already appeared....and made their faces look terrible.

Permalink Reply by Wendi on October 27, 2008 at 1:53pm: I have know idea what could cure acne. You know the healthy I eat the worse I break out which makes me think that I have some underlying things going on inside that need to get out and the toxins find there way out in my face.
A soap I am using now that works GREAT is Dr Bronners Tea Tree oil soap..I love love love it!!!
I have went to a Infared Sauna and it REALLY helps..as long as I keep it up ...but then that would make sense as it allows 20% toxins to be released and only 70% water..; ▶ Reply to This

The stomach contain this acid but sometime it may not be enough. If your stomach contain too much of this acid, just drink lots of water to dilute it. Adesana- I would stop using the Retin A immediatly...it is a drug. What kind of black spots are you talking about? do you mean black heads? Dr Bronners has helped with mine.; ▶ Reply to This
