One of the reasons people need a colon cleanse in the first place is because they don't get enough fiber. That reason and also that their liver is sluggish. So, my recommendation would be to find out how much fiber you are getting in your diet. If it is low, I would work on increasing it. When you increase it, it should be done slowly and in addition, you should drink more water. How old are you? I'm 47 and I did a colon cleanse, 12 colonics, and I still needed more. I did the Almighty Cleanse and I think that one is a good one. I'm currently using fiber supplements, detox teas, a better diet, and cleansing my liver which is working also.
I am 34 years old and I do eat alot of fiber and drink alot of water. I eat pretty darn healthy. Anyway, I bought Psyllium Whole Husks and am not getting the results that some people talk about when they have done colon cleansing.. with all the wierd stuff coming out.

Colonics! doing 15 in 30 days is the fastest way to really clean the wall of your colon. Colonics hydrate your colon, force parasites out, take the weight load off your kidneys, liver, allows your tissues to dump. While your doing colonics this way, you may also take a liver cleanse, parasite cleanse, kidney cleanse, and of course probiotics. Good luck, Dean
