Hey guys,
I've had acne for about 6 years now, and I'm 18 now. I'm really tired of treating it, but I'm pretty acne free as long as I keep up a regimen. I wash my face with the Acnefree exfoliating soap morning and at night. In the morning, I apply Benzaclin to my face, and use a Cetaphil moisturizer. At night, I apply Differin Cream, use a Cetaphil moisturizer, and take 100 mg of Minocyclin (an antibiotic).
Well, I want to get off all my medicine eventually. So far I have cut down my Minocyclin from twice a day to once a day. I would like any help you can give me.

Hey Jay,

I said I'd let you know how the cleanses are working for my acne and you can read my blog on my page but by far the thing that's helped the most is the parasite cleanse. I'm still doing it and it's gross how much stuff is disappearing from my face, I really believe I had parasites in my face!! I emailed the herbalist that I bought the de worming herbs from and commented about that and he said he has some old books that show a parasite that specifically lives in pimples. For years I had these weird patches of skin on my chin and my chest, it wasn't acne, they were just rough and if i looked closely it looked like there were little bubbles underneath. These spots are almost completely smooth now after starting the parasite cleanse. I just did a liver flush, and also am lymph cleansing with a brush. My acne has gotten a lot better and also the redness in my face. I haven't really been getting new breakouts, just waiting for the old ones to fade now. I am also taking herbs from a Chinese medicine clinic here that have helped a lot. Let me know how you're doing.

everyone has great suggestions..you might look into apple cider vinegar..it's amazing stuff...there's a group here that has so much info.you might look into it....here's a little on acne..
ACNE BLEMISHES
Apply a solution of apple cider vinegar and water (2 tablespoons to 1 eight ounce glass of water) with a cotton ball several times a day. This will help reduce infection and dry out inflammation.
Another natural healing home remedy calls for the daily application of apple cider vinegar which has been infused with horseradish.
Prepare the solution by adding two cups of ACV to one pound of grated horseradish. Let it sit for two weeks, then strain.
hope this helps some...i use braggs brand...

I've been applying 100% apple cider vinegar straight out of the bottle and it works fine! There is a sting if the blemish is open, but it's minimal.
Melaluca oil also works well. There's no sting. It moisturizes at the same time as it's an oil, but it does have strong scent -- like eucalpsis (not sure how it's spelled).
