Head ringing nonstop! Maybe Tinnitus

Hello everyone! New to the site! I am a person who is good about taking supplements and pretty well. I have this insane ringing in my head and can't get rid of it. It is peircing. I have gone to doctors and can't find a solution. I don't take prescriptions and never have. I try to stay toxin free. Can anyone please help to not alleviate this ringing but cure it! Please let me know if there is a cure for what may be tinnitus! Can stress cause it? Please let me know all info. and cures. Thank you!
