I have recently started the HCG injections that cost a great deal (at least for my income). When I look at the protocol it says you should use ThreeLac, coral calcium in your water, WuLong tea, Eleotin to name a few. When I check online for pricing they are way too expensive. I have done a total cleanse 2 mos. ago. Is it imperative that I need all those products. So far the HCG has not helped in any way. Anyone have any answers for me. Would appreciate your help and insight.
Hi Carol,
I know the cost of some of the necessary products are expensive. I was bummed when I saw the prices!
I used all the sites that Kevin recommends in his book.
I had to look at it this way; I spend so much money on waisted gyms and clubs like Curves, Open Forum, etc.
We eat out a whole lot and I'm a horrable shopper. I love to shop! This is my biggest down fall.
Anyway, If this program works.. most of this expense will come to an end (except shopping) :o). So, I just went a head and bought what was necessary to complete phase 1. Carol! I lost 11 pounds after only one day on phase 1. I am so astonished!
One place where I noticed the prices were a bit cheaper is: www.puritan.com
Try them ok? I notice that you are doing phase 2, did you do phase 1 before starting phase 2? I know that they say its not necessary, but from what I read from all the people on this site.. it is very important.
Keep us updated. Also, I read in the book that if you put on weight or don't loose weight, you should go to the 6 apple protocol? I can't find this protocol.. if you do let me know ok?
bye, Darlene
Dear Carol, It is really important to do Phase 1 and do it for as many months as you need to in my opinion before you start the Phase II Injection part. The main tea, Eleotin Tea fomulation which is $150 est/month plus the WU-Long Tea, the Alpha Calm etc are all important ingredients before you start Phase II.
It is not to say the injections will not work to some degree, but the protocal is Medical in nature and it requires both money and time, and you can take your time with it. Just know that you can do each step and progress at your own pace and when you are ready to, do the injections again, and again, if you are doing all the other things to support the sucess of your plan over all.
Start organizing a list of all you need for pHASE 1 AGAIN- Then do each thing, adding as much as you can until you have done all you believe you can before starting the injection protocal. This is the commitment needed for ultimate success. You can do this the rest of your life, so take the instructions and be careful to follow them - and take your time.
Remember, you arenow headed into a different life style for the rest of your life and your health and beauty! I hope this helped you to know you are on the right track, have made the right decision to start starting the rest of your life's goals regarding your own "pounds and inches" goal.
Thank you so much for your advice. When I read the book it goes back and forth and some things just aren't clear. There is so much to take in. Now I know what steps to take. Thanks again.
I'm new to the community and have completed Phase 1. I just received my HCG shots in the mail and I'm a bit nervous about the mixing proceedure as the instructions are rather confusing to me, can anyone offer advice from there experience with their first time mixing?
I know about the confusion on the HCG mixing procedures. I goofed and had to get another supply in. $$$$$$$ Anyway, call the pharmacy you bought it from and they will walk you through it. That way there will be no doubt. I wish I had done that but I thought "Hey, how difficult can it be?" First, read every page of the instructions as this will answer some of your questions. You may need to read them a couple of times to better understand them and also helps you to identify the different parts of the needle. I'm so glad that someone else had this same problem.
Thanks Carol, I really appreciate the advice. I did call the pharmacy and they faxed me instructions on how to give the injections, but they did not indicate how the mixing proceedure works, so I suppose I'll be calling them back tomorrow :(
TASHIA:
These are the mixing instructions I received with my HCG. I didn't know whether you received this or not. Ask the pharmacist to walk you step by step with the instructions if you are still hesitant about my instructions.
HCG MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Open 10ml syringe and make sure the needle is screwed onto the syringe tight
- Take the bottle labeled Chorionic Gonadotropin and pop off the plastic cap
- Insert the syringe into the bottle carefully through the rubber stopper. (BE SURE TO REMOVE THE ORANGE CAP COVER OFF THE SYRINGE.
- DO NOT put needle into the powder!!
- Gently draw the plunger back to the #6 on the barrell
- Remove needle from the vial and expell air from the syringe (This is to remove 6ml's of air from the vial to make room for the water.
- Then take the second vial which is labeled Bacteriostatic Water
- Pop off the plastic cap
- Pull plunger back to the number 6ml's
- Insert needle into the rubber stopper and push the 6ml's of air into the water vial to create a positive pressure
- Invert the vial and draw out 10ml's of water into the syringe
- Inject 10ml of Bacteriostatic Water into the powdered vial
- Make sure you have a full 10ml's of water in your syringe before you mix it with your powder!
- Gently agitate mixture until dissolved . . . do not shake! (Mine dissolved almost instantly)
- Once you mix your medication it must be refrigerated
Carol, I can't thank you enough. That was extremly helpful as I was just about to give up on this whole thing because I was getting so frustrated with the lack of and conflicting info provided. I only have a few other questions for you if you don't mind continuing to mentor me through this process .
1. Where your instructions based on 10,000 UPC units?
2. My HCG kit came a 22g 1.5 needle, is this the needle that you are referring to as making sure it's
screwed on tight?
3. Once it's mixed, I will then use the daily disposable needles to withdraw the .25ml per day correct?
4. I'm getting conflicting injection methods. The prescription I received indicates to inject subcutaneously, but the actual box the HCG came in says for intramuscular use only, so I'm not sure which method I'm supposed to use. Which way were you instructed to inject it?
Tashia:
My kit is supposed to have 40 doses @ 0.25CC or (250 units).
1. My mixing instructions are based on the large syringe which is 10 ML. I have already disposed of that syringe. This is the large syringe and the one to make sure you screw on the needle tight. This is also the one that you need to remove the cap before mixing. Don't make the same mistake I did (I did not realize the needle was in the cover because I could not see through my cover. I was confused at this point so I goofed and pushed the cover and all through the rubber stopper. (I was wandering why it was so hard to get it through the stopper). I realized my mistake after I did it. After the mixing process you will then use the smaller needles for the injections.
2. You will only have (1) large syringe and several smaller ones. The larger one is used for the mixing process only and the smaller ones for the actual injections.
3. My dosage was 0.25CC for each injection.
Injection Procedure:
- You will be injecting 0.25CC (250 units) every day until gone (should be about 40 injections for this dosage).
- Open a small insulin syringe - pull off the orange cap - stick needle gently into rubber stopper and invert bottle so that the liquid covers the needle.
- Pull plunger back until the syringe is filled to the #25 on the syringe
- Pinch your love handle on your belly approx. 3 inches left or right of the belly button . . . push in syringe . . . then release your pinch and inject HCG at this point.
My HCG came from a pharmacy out of Florida somewhere. I live in Tennessee. I would be glad to fax you all my instructions if you supply me with your fax number.
Hope everything works for you. So far I'm kind of stuck because after all the money I have put out on this I still don't have the Three-Lac and Eleotin because they are so expensive and I can't afford to keep eating the organic this and that. So Phase I was a wipeout. Maybe you can let me know how you did on Phase I and how accurate you kept up with it. The HCG has not done well for me because I guess I didn't fully do Phase I. So I am out of a lot of money. Too bad there isn't a clinic around where I live so I could have completed it right.
Hope this helped! Remember to end your fax number if you want my complete instructions.
My fax number is 404-348-4510. I actually got through Phase I, but it was an extremely expensive and tedious process. I created a speadsheet of my daily routine with a checklist if your interested, I'll send it to you if you send me your email address.
Hi Carol, just wanted to let you know that I sent you that spreadsheet a few days ago. I hope it helps you, it was certainly a huge factor for me sticking it all the way out and staying consistent.
