How effective is ColonClenz by Bodygold?
I just purchased ColonClenz by Bodygold at Walmart for about 7 or 8 dollars. Its' active ingredients are:
Cascara Sagrada bark
Senna leaf
Chinese Rhubarb root
Black Walnut hull
Aloe Vera leaf
Oregon Grape root
Yellow Dock root
Valerian root
Slippery Elm bark
I just wanted to know if this seems like a good colon cleanse or not, and what it maybe be useful for. It says to not use for more than seven consecutive days. Directions state: Take one capsule once or twice daily as needed to support regularity.
