Hi Melissa,

I live near Houston and I am in phase 2 of the Simeon's Protocol. I got my Doctor to prescribe hCG. After you accept my friend invitation I will be able to email the address and phone number to you. How much weight do you have to lose?

Peace,

Melissa,

We are actually lucky here in Houston. There are quite a few places to get organic produce. There is HEB. I shop at one in Dickinson, but they are all over town. My HEB has a growing organic fruits and vegetables section that is growing weekly, and all over the store you'll find the organic stuff with green labels. They have a great supplements section and even carry organic shampoos and teas. There is even a mega HEB called Central Market up in Houston on Weslayan at Westheimer that is a great place to get everything Still have trouble finding organic grapefruit. I also buy organic meats at HEB in the organic meat section, which is well marked. There is an organic co-op in Seabrook each Saturday morning from 9-12 behind the Dairy queen on 146. Lately I've been finding organic produce more and moe at Kroger and Walmart as well. If you are going up to the city there is always Whole Foods Market right down the street from Central market. I've found a grass fed beef farm in Texas near Dallas and am going to clean out the freezer and make an order from them soon. My food bills are bigger now that the whole family is gone organic, but it all works out when you take out what we spent before on fast food, Starbucks, snacks, and empty food. Plus you just can't put a price on feeling better.

I used to shop at Frobergs, but they don't have much in the way of organics. Stuff is really fresh and beautiful but not many organic labels. I really look for those. Fruits and veggies aren't as pretty but I'm trusting that they will be better for me than those gorgeous shiny fruits. They used to grow a lot of their stuff, but not so much anymore. I think they still grow their own strawberries. Instead they purchase and resell. It's still a fun place to visit.

Several health food stores in our area carry organics foodstuffs. There is one in Friendswood (can't remember the name) and Norma's in Nassau Bay across from NASA.

I hope this helps. I've been on Phase one for more than a month and am ready to move on to Phase II.

Let me know if you find any good food sources.

Thanks a bunch Karen! yesterday I went to a place called Natural Garden herbs in Friendswood and found quite a few items I was looking for as far as my teas , The extra Virgin coconut oil to replace the butter and other oils used . But was really having a hard time finding the Orgainc friuts and meats. I did see some meats at the Target close to Silverlake but I have 4 kiddo 3 which are teenagers and 2 of them boys, so they have a big appetite. and I am acustome to buying all family packs of meat . Target just didnt offer a big selection on family packs. I reallywant to get my whole family on the organics as well. one of the boys is ADHD and I know thathas alot to do with the way he eats. My husband has high chelestrol. and I keep telling him to read one of Kevns books I think I may finally have him intrested.

I am going to go and see what HEB has , they have always had such a good selection of meats and produce as far as quailty tobegin with , I am glad to hear they offer alot as far as organics.

Did you have trouble finding a doctor in our area to prescribe the HCG?

I'm going to see my GP next week to discuss the shots. I'd rather go through them than off the internet.

My son was ADHD when he was younger but he has outgrown so much of it. We took him off of products with red dye years ago and it helped. We also took him off of milk and made the switch to rice milk. About three years ago we took him off the Adderall, and have successfully moved into really good times . He's jumped right on the organics bandwagon and will pretty much eat anything I put in front of him (except fresh tomatoes). Now the only processed foods he gets is when he goes out with friends, his dad or when he goes camping with the scouts. Natural Gardens is the place in Friendswood I was trying to think of .

Good luck, talk to you soon.

For anyone who is wondering hwo to get HCG my name is PJ Smith and I am a program counselor for a hormone therapy clinic that services clients nationwide. First off I want everyone to know that there is absolutely no national shortage on HCG this is a problem specific only to one comany in Florida. We are completely legal and you will be under our doctors care. Also if you want information on effectiveness of all different delivery (shot, spray, pills) methods I have plenty of information on that. Anyone who needs more information is free to send any questions about the protocol and how to recieve the therapy can email me at hcgguru@gmail.com.
