Hunza Diet Bread Makers
Does anyone know how many cups of the buckwheat or millet flour equals the 3.5 pounds? I have the four, but I bought in bulk a while back and I don't have a scale to weigh the flour. Thank you!

32oz is 2lbs. 8oz is 1 cup.
