Phase 1 Organic Food Greatest Results!!!!

I just want to add some comments since I'm into my second week of phase 1 and its going so good. I purchased most of the things listed in Kevin's Weight loss cure book for phase 1 and so far I've lost almost 15 pounds. That's 15 pounds in only one week guys!!!!! I FEEL GREAT! I forgot, I'm a smoker and I have not given up the smoking yet. So, that is one thing that I'm not doing.

Wow you are doing so good. I have been on phase 1 for a week and a half and have lost nothing. Thank you for listing where you got your items. I am using a colon cleanser that I don't think is working that well, so I'm going to purchase the Almighty Cleanser and see if that helps. I also haven't gotten yeast overgrowth pills yet. I am doing most everthing else except for the colonics. So I'm wondering if those two items that I'm not doing is affecting my weight loss or lack thereof.

I didn't do the Almighty Cleanse or any colonics. Just make sure that you are eating 100% Organic food.
I'm drinking only Evian Water, tea, and coffee. My meals on phase 2 are two servings of meat 100grams.
handful of veggies, two apples a day. What I find hard, is the choices of Veggies... can't have corn or carrots.
So, the veggies are really limited.
I could not stomach the Almighty Cleanse because of the number of pills that your required to take everyday.
My husband has lost 27 pounds since he has been on phase 2. On phase 1 he only lost a pound or so. He's been on phase 2 for three weeks now. I'm slacking and cheating on phase 2. I got to get on the wagon with him.

I started reading the book and thought I would just do it the easy way since I do not know much abut any of these products and just go to qnlabs.com. Wow they had Kevins phases all ready for you. Although costly I am ready to go. I only have about 10 pounds to lose so I am hoping it will be the easiest to do. I have done all natural and lost 6 pounds in one week but I want to do at least 2-3 weeks of phease one before going into phase too. I have a huge sweet tooth if anyone can help with that I would love it. Good luck to all.

the candida cleanse will help eliminate your sugar cravings! also, try stevia to sweeten your teas and coffee drinks. i don't know about cooking with it though, i haven't tried.

Hello Darlene,
Oh yes I was on HCG therapy last October to Nov, it is sucessful and amazing, I lost 23 lbs and I look so great much better than trying to lose weight. Everyone cannot believe that I look so perfect, if you want to see my before and after pictures, let me know.

I think I was on phase I forever, months anyway. I have maybe lost 5 lbs. I am nervous about trying the shots, which are on their way. I sooo hope they work for me because absolutely nothing else has.

i was reading your comment about being on phase 1 for a while & would like to know if u purchased some or all of the products that kevin recommends. just looking up a couple of the products and seeing their prices w/shipping was insane! i ordered the eleotin tea & threelac for the candid which came to a whopping $160! i got the acetyl l-carnitine, chamomile tea, yerba mate, apple vinegar, & coco oil from the health store, but haven't had the funds to buy anything else. what all did u do during this time?

Yeah, I purchased the same, in fact almost everything. I think it is a bomb. I don't know, maybe it will help me with the phase II but I gotta say, I wouldn't do that again, after hearing others who didn't do anything and have had good results. I would buy most of the teas for the phase II, though, because I think you need them for the morning if you don't eat breakfasts. I am a breakfast person, though. I like the apple cider vinegar in my water and I was glad I did a full body cleanse but other than that, I think it was a lot of money for no results.
