Suggestions for starting a cleansing and detox?
Does anyone have any suggestions for me on this? I've never done one and have been looking into it lately.

Hi! Thank you for the response. I definantly need to look into it more before I do anything - I just thought it really sounded like a good idea. Thank you for your opinion and I will check out Garden of Life. If you do a cleanse I would be very interested in hearing your results/opinions on it. Thanks again!

Doug, I'm in the middle of my 9 day cleanse from Isagenix, their cleanse is a nutritional cleanse which is different than everyting I have looked at.
