Hi Linda, did you follow the protocol to a tee? Or were you just careful with what you ate? Did you do the cleanse the phase 1 of the diet to acheive results? Have you maintained your weight loss now?

I began by following the protocol to a tee. Later on I began eating more protein and eliminating both fruits. I still lost just as well. Lately, I've been experimenting. I am ON hcg, but eating whatever proteins I want and keep my calories below 700 a day. It works like a charm!!!!! I also use about 1/4 cup of coconut oil a day and don't count the calories. YUMMM!!!!
