I've read Kevin Trudeau's book "The Weight Loss Cure." I'm desperate to purchase HSG and want to know where to get it. Has anyone used it and what were your results?!
Hello, I read were you got the hcg shots and I'm going to purchase them too. But does it matter that there called hcg pregnyl, and also do you live in Houston, TX?
I have been on the HCG diet for 7 days now and have lost 12 pounds. Almost 2 lbs a day. My prescription is called "Novarel". I went to www.hcgmedical.com to sign up. Within a week I had a visit to the lab, after that it took about 3 weeks for HCG Medical to call me & ask where to fax the prescription. I live in Lubbock, Tx. The only place I can find to fill the prescription is at WalGreens. The Novarel is $39 and a HUGE box of syringes is only $15. I have been exercising quite a bit. I dont do it daily, but I get on the excise bike everyother day and ride 10 - 12 miles. Its easiest to do while a good tv show is on, then you are less likely to notice how tired you are getting.
Hi Shanda!!! My real name is Mondie, nice to meet you!!! The needles I am using are the .5 cc 31 Gauge, Super Thin II. These particular one are the Walgreen brand. The needles are really tiny, I believe they are actually insulin needles. I like these because they dont hurt at all!!!! I usually inject myself on my thighs or my hips. The hips takes a little twisting, but its not bad.
I dont really think the needle size matters, but it seems to be working just fine. The locations are the ones that are suggested on the hcg medical web site. They have a diagram and step-by-step instructions on how to do everything. I am the type patient who cant watch when I get a shot or have blood drawn because I get queezy. I amazed myself that I was actually able to do this!!! On place that hcgmedical gives as a suggestion for the injection is on your abdomen. Believe it or not, it doesnt hurt either!! Just pinch some fat, poke, and away you go. The downside I discovered for giving it in your abdomen is it gave me gas. Hated it, but my husband and kids were entertained : ) thats when I started injecting in my upper thighs and hips. This was just a downside I discovered, it may not bother you at all. (My daughter is looking over my shoulder and is horrified that I actually admitted to everyone who reads this that something gave me gas!! Teenagers, gotta love 'em!!!!!)
i just caled hcgmedical, itsounds like they might be a good deal - is the diet easy to follow, i am concerned about lotions for moisturising-sorry if this comes out funky i am a truck driver and am on the laptop whike my husband is driving- that is the reason i need this weight loss counting on it to work
I am excited about all the diet and the hcg, I just dont think I will be able to give up the lotions and deo, hair spray etc etc... Does anyone have experience with skipping this part?
I havent given up the hairspray, make up, or lotion. I use oil free foundation, face powder, and powdered blush, eye liner, and mascara. None of this has seemed to stop the process. My face is oily so I dont use a moisturizer. However, I do have to use lotion on my hands and feet, other wise they feel like sand paper. I dont buy anything special, just stay away from any of them that have some sort of oil in them. Again, they dont seem to have stopped or stalled the process.
That is awesome info.. Thanks, Im with you I cant give that stuff up. I pretty much use all the same so good news there. What about perfume or cologne? Fabric softners and such?
Hmmm, never thought about fabric softener. I use the dryer sheets, but to be honest, never thought about it. Also, I cant wear cologne or perfumes. My husband and youngest child are asthma sufferers and alergic to EVERYTHING!!!!
I am replacing much of the usual cosmetics I use since it's only for 6 weeks! I have not replaced my hair spray, however, because all the "natural" stuff is just YUCK! I use borax on my hair for shampoo and its not too bad! (Mix 1/8 cup to a gallon of water. Start the batch by putting about a pint of boiling water into the borax to dissolve it, and then add the rest of the water.) I have not even needed to use conditioner with it.
NaPCA (can be purchased at many health food stores, Wild Oats, Henry's, Whole Foods, etc.) is a non-oily product that can be used in place of lotions.
I've replaced toothpaste (for the time being) with baking soda and Hydrogen Peroxide 3%.
It shouldn't cause a problem for colored hair. You can find it in the "laundry aisle" at the grocery store. It is something that is regularly added to laundry as a booster, and it's okay for colored clothes.
