I've struggled with onsets of ocd and anxiety disoders like post-tramatic stress and generalized anxiety for at least 5 years, getting better then having some relapses, does anyone have any tips that may help me? That would be very much so appreciated.

there is a lot of reasons for ocd and anxiety disorders. I used to have anxiety disorders, but I have learned the only way to eliminate these problems is to find out the root of your disorder, check your diet ,check any medication you are taking for side effects, test for allergies, nutritional deficiencies, candida, constipation, dehydration, digestive disorders
I would suggest exercise ,eat organic when you can, try to sleep and wake up at same time, drink enough water throughout the day, try goji juice,b-complex, calcium magnesium, probiotics, digestive enzymes.
Something that really help me is natural juices ,exercise, and staying off medications,
Im thinking maybe some YOga, meditation, or even acuputure. I just read a article in Alternative Health magazine about yoga and Anxiety. I would try that first along with all of the suggestions from rafa. Nutrition, Nutrition, Nutrition. I have some info on my page about probiotic that you can read. They really are a miracle treatment for alot of things. Visit my page when you get a chance and if you have questions send me a comment.

I lift at the gym alot and one of my supplements that I take contains splenda in it, so I take it about 5 days a week. My concern is that it just might be fueling any of my symptoms. Does anyone have any insight on splenda or what they think I should do? Thanks very much.

Yes, I have a suggestion, try GABA for anxiety. My Dr had me on Atvan for the anxiety. I did some research and had 2 natural health professionals tell me to try GABA instead of the Ativan....it works!

where would be best to find GABA to purchase in your opinion maybe without going to a health practioner ... even though that would probably be good anyways ...
Try a good vitamin B complex, and a good coral calcium supplement. these both help with anxiety/stress. I take them every day. I have really bad anxiety/stress, paranoid, depression, and post traumatic stress disorder. I also take an omega complex which has 3, 6, and 9 from flaxseed, borage, and fish oils. And I take Ester C, I take all of these everyday. When anxiety is really bad Chamomile tea sweetened with a little honey helps a lot.
Hope this helps.
