I'm told the herb ginko will do the trick (this tip from an elderly lady that works in my office). If you have access to Standard Process products, look for Ginko Synergy. If just a health food store, look for ginko as a supplement.
If you'll take a good vitamin b complex supplement your memory will improve. I had begun to have "old age-itis" you know, the kind of thing where you walk into a room and cant remember what you came in there for, or forget a word, or where did I put my keys type of memory loss. After taking the vitamin b complex for about 2 months my memory definately improved and I havent noticed any of the above symptoms returning. I only took the vitamins till the bottle was empty, as it was a 2 month supply. Hope this helps.

Great help, I have been taking a b complex by Nature Made but after reading Kevins book did not go buy any after I ran out. Were you taking it in pill form or some other way? I am truly ready to go back to my vitamins the way I was taking them before. Thanks again for your help.
TJ, I took the Vitamin Shoppe brand of B-Complex 100 in a capsule form. Their website is www.vitaminshoppe.com. They have pretty good vitamins and the cost isnt out of line. A bottle of 100 caps is around 12 dollars and a bottle of 300 caps is around 32 dollars. Another source is www.vitacost.com They sell better vitamins and supplements in my opinion and have lots of sales all the time. Next time I need vitamins I'll buy their whole food supplement vitamins because I think natural is better.
Hi T J ,
You might try lions mane mushrooms also. You can buy the mushroom itself and lightly saute it, you can buy a mushroom kit and grow your own, or you can get it in suppliment form.Google lions mane and read about it. They think it might even help with alzheimers. Its really a fascinating mushroom, and the only one that has been shown in study's to have a direct impact on brain pathways, causing regeneration.I dont know if I worded that right. scientific wording isnt my forte...lol

Oh! And it just dawned on me: Cooking with alluminum!
Dump all your pots and frying pans made with alluminum and replace them with glass, cast iron or stainless steel. I understand that cooking with alluminum will ultimately damage the lining over the nerves, causing neurological damage and memory loss.
This became VERY real for me when I put a stainless steel basket into an alluminum pot and steamed some vegetables. The bottom of the basket actually started turning gray from all the alluminum residue. And to think that was going into my vegetables!!!
One last thing (and this is something I haven't tried yet): purchase a foot bath. There are those you can find on Ebay specially made for pulling metals and other toxins out of your body. If anyone else has experience with these foot baths, I'd love to hear it!
