Vitamin "c" made with Acerola fruit. You can get it in the health food store. Get the best one you can find. Are you on a probiotic?

Dear Dawn and Eva
Something I heard of recently is called the Neti Pot it is like a little teapot that you put saline solution into and put it up to one of your nostrils and tip you head away from it and the water goes up through you nose cleaning out all the sinuses and out the other nostril. it works great.
For a more permanent solution detoxify your body with zeolite. It removes all the heavy metals and toxins from your system allowing the body to heal itself. I have heard of accounts where after taking the drops for a few days the persons sinuses started to drain and kept on until they were empty. It also allows your immune system to build up so you are not always catching things. Hope you give them a try. You can go to www.liquidzeolite.org to find out more. My page has more info as well. Eva, visit my page and read about probiotic miracle. Your body is telling you something, you have an imbalance that is probably caused my the meds you have been on. You need to reestablish the flora in your gut. This is very important. The meds disrupt your good flora and this will cause all kinds of symptoms. When the good flora is out of balance this allows the yeast and fungi to take over every organ in your body and can also cause systemic problems meaning gets in your blood. You have a "gut Brain" that controls most of your internal systems. Please read up on probiotics on my page. Also, try to stay away from anything with wheat in it and see if this helps with the breathing and sinus'. Your problem is internal.

Hi Dawn,
I use a product called 12 Plus Probiotic from a doctor out of Japan named Dr. Ohira. It is a phenomenal strand and it does not need to be refridgerated. Sinuses in chinese medicine have to do with what is called the metal element and that is associated with the lung and large intestine. These channels of energy are highly affected by internalized emotions of grief and saddness or feeling stuck in life. It sounds like you are on the right track. Combining a probiotic with Chlorella is even more effective. I use a company called Pur Balance Botanicals. Hope this helps.

With Infinite Love & Gratitude~

Dawn, It isnt a mystery any more is it. I used to use the Dr. ohirra. I think that is the best one if you have to buy from the store. But please rethink the Inliven. It is the best.

Hey Eva,
I have posted this info several times before, but...

I would suggest using a neti pot! They are affordable ($12 maybe). And they work great! At least mine works great for me! I had chronic sinusitis for 9 months that would not go away until I used a neti pot. Best of luck to you!

Dawn, I.'m sorry for all your troubles. Not a good time of year for all that to be going on. Hope you get an answer from someone. I would have to say dr. ohirras but it is expensive. I dont know of any other that really works. Good luck and give the bank Heck! I would.

I ware a c-pap machine when I sleep which forces air into the lungs so I get real sleep instead of suffocating. The nerves that control automatic breathing were destroyed by WMD's in the gulf war.
I got hooked on nasal inhalers until a very old ENT at a VA Hospital told me to stop using them and sniff salt water. What you do is take a small glass of water, room temp, add a half teaspoon of salt, stir, over your bathroom sink, cup your hand and pour a little water into your palm, plug one nostril and snort the salt water into the other. When it starts to go to your throat blow it out your nose into the sink. repeat this with both nostrils until the water is gone. I have done this for over 15 years and it works for everyone that has tried it. I have helped friends with very bad sinus infections by using 50% colloidal silver, and 50% water with the salt. Hope this helps.
