I saw your poem on soy bean and also went through. But I would like to mention some of the facts about soybean.
Soya has a high content of protein and essential vitamins .Soya is a very good source of natural estrogenic substances .It is very beneficial in resolving Menopausal symptoms like hot flushes and vaginal dryness.

We have too much estrogen in our diet. Plastics are estrogenic everything is wrapped in plastic. Fat is estrogenic.
Too much estrogen is causing many of the problems that both women and men have to day, including prostrate problems.
Fermented soy is good such as mesa. Other than that I would say stay away from it. Women would get a greater benefit from using natural progesteron cream to regulate the menopausal systems. Or at least get tested by a naturopathic health care provider to determine estrogen and progesteron levels.
Did you know that too much estrogen makes women aggressive and men really passive. Soy given to children in formula it can change there sexual orientation.
