Fruit & Veggie Caps??
Hi:
I am new, and have not been on every portion of the web site yet, but the main reason I joined this forum was to get information on the best veggie/fruit caps to purchase. My kids do not get enough fruit and vegetables, neither do we, and I am at my wits end. The book said he would recommend some on this site, however, I read the caption o nthe front page and ???
Can anybody help me find a good brand that's not too expensive? Thanks!

My youngest children are 3 and 4 --- their fruit intake has skyrocketed since I began leaving organic, fresh fruit, already washed & ready to eat on the kitchen table. Now at snack times they get to pick their fruit. When I'm making dinner they get to choose a piece of fruit .... this distracts them and buys me a little time. I'm needing help getting more creative adding veggies in .... they still don't like my juicing, but I'll keep with it anyways. Make sure you check out Michelle's page .... not sure how cost compares to what you're used to but ..... certainly cost effective for every member of your family! Welcome to the site

WIsh to God that I had started that when my kids were that young! It's so much easier to instill good habits in them before they get to the very picky age. For mine it was about 7. Good for you!
I knew about the benefits of eating this way years ago, but it did not sink in until I hit my 40's when I started having health issues and everyone around me started dropping dead of cancer and now my 85 year old mom is going downhill. Now everything is bothering me, the cell phones, the play stations, the tv, the computers, the food, the canned cat food, WHEW, I am really starting to question every single thing I and my family do and put in our bodies.
Not to mention the household products, the air we breathe, should I go on??
Also trying to sell my house and move to the woods to live away from people who are polluting us! lol.

You are so lucky that your parents brought you up organic! Wow. My mom wouldn't have a freaken CLUE and I am trying to get her healthy right now, JOKE. She is on an antidepressant due to major depression - she might have Parkinson's disease. We should know more in 2 weeks. If it is, I am going to try hard to find her a natural doctor because I don't want her on those meds.........it's going to be a fight.
My niece is an Acupuncturist and herbologist, but she just moved to Oregon and we live in PA, so that won't help.
I guess this all has me a bit rattled, so I will try to take it slow..........I am a very impulsive person! Wanna do it all NOW! LOL.
