Ladies, I was wondering if you know of a natural way to speed along menstruation. We're going camping in a few days and I would like it to be Completely gone! Does exercise help or hinder? Anything I can take or tea to drink, herbs?????
I know I am female, but I will tell you from research that a raw food diet will help with that a lot. There are some teas that help a bit, and and herb that I can't remember the name of exactly, but I always laugh at it because it has the word "dong" in it and it helps female problems (I know that is sad, but kind of funny). The other word starts with a "q" if I remember correctly. I will try to look it up for you when I have more time, or maybe someone else knows the name of it.
Iknow a way to delay it or its worked for me. Use progesterone cream sold at gnc or vit world. follow directions about 5 days prior to starting and use until you are ready to have a period. its always worked for me.
I have been on releana (hcg)for 7 days now and didnt start it until after I finished my TOM. At the end of the first day with releana I started spotting and now have a full on period AGAIN... for a week now. Im over it and want it to stop. But cant do the progesterone since Im taking releana as it might conflict.
"If you have the opposite problem, very light periods, and you need to increase menstrual flow, angelica can coax the situation. This herb will also help regulate the menses. The underlying cause of heavy or light periods should be determined before using herbs. Consult a holistic practitioner."
Okay men. Let's not argue. I have the title as being the "Asshole". Let's keep it that way. Ha! Actually Che, Bobby is 60+. Let's get back on topic. Naturenut my recommendation would be just go with the flow. :) I would think trying to speed up the process is unnatural. Although I am a guy and I may not understand but I'm sure getting your menstruation every month must be a pain. And bad timing on your part. Just be happy you don't have any problems related to your menstrual cycle. My wife had endometriosis and ended up getting a hysterectomy and can not bear children. So be blessed. Go with the flow.
