Thanks Nedalie, I was looking for a more natural cigarette. I smoke Winston since they supposed to be the closest to natural without all the chemicals added. Some habits are hard to break. : )

your welcome todd and yes some habits are sooo hard to break............it says not to pack these cigarettes, and to roll them between your fingers to loosen them up so it's not so hard to take a hit................i can't wait to try them..........:) but of course i wish i could be a nonsmoker..............................

American Spirit is very popular here. So popular in fact, that you can pick 'em up at your local 7-11.
American Spirit (blue) is tobacco without any added chemicals (unlike conventional cigarettes). But it's still conventionally-grown! You have to keep that point in mind.
American Spirit (red) is organic tobacco... and the ONLY certified organic tobacco I know of in the United States.
In general, American Spirit is the highest quality and cleanest tobacco. I'm not condoning smoking, but at least this will put off the Reaper until you can quit.

i had never heard of them tim, until i was looking through my sons playboy.....lol..and they had a big 2 page add and how to get coupons....so i called and got them.haven't used them yet.going today and pick up a couple packs! hope they taste good:)

Dam..I thought all smoking was bad TimG..I don't smoke! But I have friends that do so Nedalie this tip will help me pass the word on to them. Thanks, who knew tobacco/smoking wasn't harmful period??? I sure didn't..learn something new every day...

ALL smoking is bad. Whether it's pot, tobacco, oregano or Los Angeles, if it's smoke and going in your lungs, it's bad. Period.
What I meant by "putting off the Reaper" is that so far as evils go, it's the lesser evil. If you're going to smoke, at least what chemicals you inhale are not man-made. Where a conventional tobacco company adds 400+ chemicals to their tobacco, American Spirit adds none.

If your gonna smoke this is the way to go.. Regular cigarettes have 599 additives !!!!! YIKES... I sent an article to my Health Tidbits Newsletter with the entire list of additives.. You would NOT believe what is in there...

Haha Qyxer, one day I will get there. Okay Nedalie I found them for 6 bucks a pack. I used the ten dollar coupon so I got the carton for 50 bucks instead of 60. Think that is a bargain? LOL What an expensive habit but rather spend on more natural than inhaling all those chemicals. I'm so used to packing my cigarettes and I forgot you weren't supposed to so when I lit up I couldn't get a hit. Than I realized you have to loosen up the tobacco and I got ultra lights. They are very light compared to what I'm used to. Hmm, maybe time to quit. Ever hear of Quest Cigarettes? They help you wean and eventually quit except not sure exactly what are in those cigarettes. Familiar with them, anyone?
