Does anyone believe in heaven and hell and is afraid of living? Has restricted their lives because of this fear of dying and going to the devil? Has not enjoyed anything in life due to religious fear or any other kind of fear?
What is the way out of this?

Well its true that threwout human history religion has been used for negative control over the mass of people. Altho religion in itself isent a bad thing it nontheless has a dark element to it for certain. At its darkest its nothing more then dogmatic psyscioloical imprisionment used to divide and rule humanity which has proven very successfull even to this very day and age we live in now. Iv never in my life been a fan of religion but ill stress it again theres nothing wrong with being a religious person as long as you dont let it become a false line of division. I am you, you are me, we are free.
I do believe in heaven and hell, but I am not afraid of living.
I also believe that only Jesus can safe us from going to hell.
But I didn't become a Christian because I was afraid of going to hell.
I guess my advice to you would be to turn to the ONE that made you.
Seek HIM, and read HIS book. and pray.
I hope you find the answers you are looking for.
Yes, I do believe in Almighty God. Funny, the world is full of people who can't seem to be able to do Algebra, yet, they question the existence of the true and living God. That doesn't make sense.
Religion is not something that has ever imprisoned anyone, but instead gives them freedom to live in Christ. One should never be afraid of living, but should be afraid only when they deny the existence of the very One who gave them breath. God is a just God and I believe Him when He says He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. We are all free agents, we can either choose to serve God, or we choose to serve satan. There is no middle road.
Christians are happy people; they have an inward peace inside them (that most people desire) because they know that no matter what, whether it be forced vaccinations and dying because of them, or being sent to the ovens as Hitler sent millions and millions to their death, etc., they know that no matter what, they have the hope of heaven. In fact, being a Christian is one of the safest things a person could do with their life. For example, they don't carouse around in bars getting into trouble, they don't participate in street sex, their friendships are made with honorable and morally upright people, and they never participate in dark-sided issues, such as drugs, alcohol, etc.
Christianit;y is a very beautiful way of life. I highly recommend it. Hell is for those who crucify Christ afresh again through sin.

MY THOUGHTS:
Heaven and Hell exist ONLY in the mind. "if" we are ALL from GOD, we indeed, then, are Extensions of GOD.(which makes us, divine as well)
We then, CANNOT be thought of as EVIL. Because GOD IS, PURE, LOVE,..We may, however, choose to follow evil, but that does not make one evil. In my reality, Hell is a state of mind, just as heaven is. I choose (remember we were ALL given 'free will") to live in 'heaven' every day.
Heaven is: Pure: Love, Joy, Appreciation, Passion &Happiness, while Hell is FEAR, Grief, Hatred, Rage, etc..
God is PURE LOVE,& PERFECTION.. I think we can ALL agree with that!..So, why would GOD wish to 'torture' us, by creating a HELL, for ALL bad souls to go after life? Doesn't make any sense to me. Again, we were given 'free will'. Free to choose, heaven or hell. Can anyone here stand up and say, "i've never experienced Hell in my physical life here?
Bet not.
I bet, though, One can say:" Oh yeah, I have experienced something 'heavenly'.. ie, a newborn baby, a gorgeous sunset, a tropical ocean breeze, or, para sailing in Hawaii?? I choose to see it this way:
We are all spiritual beings having a physical experience, Not, physical beings having a spiritual experience.
And, in this Physical experience, I choose to live in JOY, not FEAR..
So, what does that have to do with Religion? Nothing! And that's one reason why I am able to Live in JOY, instead of FEAR. You asked, I answered...

So basically what your saying is that in order to conduct your life in a positive manner you have to be ah christian or religious. Correct me if i misunderstood. I just feel that its ok to believe in god, jesus, buddah, etc without promoting a dogmatic narrow belief system and trying to convince people why its the best. I dont want to offend anyone but thats my take on it.

The way out of it is to put aside your religous beliefs and to only listen to people who have what you wan't. I said screw it along time ago. Ask your self. Am i happy, Am i getting what i want out of life. My answer was NO. If your following god/jesus and your not getting what you want i think its foolish to keep following them. If your keep doing what you've always done your going to get what your always got. If what you done up to this point hasn't worked then why keep doing it? If your going to church every sunday and doing what your fellow christians/catholics/Jews/Parents are telling you is the right thing and your fat/depressed/broke then i think its time to drop what your doing and find another religion or not have one at all. Just my opinion but i did the whole god thing and i never brought me happiness. Not even for a minute. It depends on what you want. I want to feel good and go through life in a fun exiting way. I never read a passage that explained how to actually do that.
I never have believed in "THE FIRERY PIT"(hell). I just think that has been a fabrication thought up by fake, power hungry religious leaders since the beginning of time to control people. If you believe in God and that he is love. How could he allow a hell to exist. I just think hell is the total absence of Gods presence(death of the soul) I think if you reject God enough times, your soul eventually dies and you become essentially an animal with a highly evolved mind, but capable of immense evil, because without the counter balance of the soul(love) you become completely open and defenseless to demonic procession. Which in turn eventually destroys the mind competely. I believe you would be in torment, but of your own making, and in your own mind. And in Tiffenys words, when your body dies "poof, you're just gone. Forever.
Unfortunately, that is not what the Bible states. The Bible is very clear about the existence of heaven and hell. Yes, it sounds good that God would not create a place like that. Yes, that sounds good. Unfortunately, it isn't reality. You are relying on your feelings and own thoughts to convince yourself what to believe. That is not what the Bible states.
Power hungry religious leaders didn't create anything. Those words were written down thousands of years before those people were even born. They were preaching it as God words states.

Your reality is what you make it..
That's the most wonderful part of life!..
You can believe in what you want, your were given that free will.
to quote nyota "You are relying on your feelings and own thoughts to convince yourself what to believe. That is not what the Bible states."
Most people do. We were given an 'emotional guidance system' . It is there for a reason., I don't know about you, but, i find it 'uneasy' to put one hundred percent of my 'faith' in a book that has been translated as many times as it has. I'd much rather go with my own personal experiences, emotions/feelings. It works well in my reality. I live a very good life..enjoying the little pleasures, giving, receiving, loving, sharing...Yep, If i believed for one moment, I might go to hell, because i didn't go to church, or become a 'christian', then, I probably would!..Just doesn't work for me..
It's all good..Everybody's re ality is what they make it.believe it, ...or not!
